The other great thing is it will add about 30 grams of protein to your muscles which should help with your new found health care regime.
Health supplements these days are just crammed with everything good for you that the body needs but doesn’t always get from food, but nothing that is bad for you. All the things that are bad for you in excess have been kept out, things like: salt, sugar, saturated fat and cholesterol.
